The team

The people who build it and run it.

Jake Goldman, founder of Terso AI

Jake Goldman

Founder, Terso AI

Jake has been building things since middle school, when he made remote control airplanes and drones from scratch. The hardware work turned into software, and the software turned into Terso.

He studies economics at Dartmouth College, where he is a Rufus Choate Scholar, the college's top academic distinction. He is Head of Technology at Big Green Capital, a student-run hedge fund, where he leads a team of five to ten analysts, and he is currently publishing a research paper on enterprise AI adoption, AI Adoption in Enterprises: An Evolutionary Game-Theoretic Model with Coupled Consumer-Spending Feedback.

Jake started by helping family and friends with their businesses, building the systems that grew their revenue and automated their operations. He now brings that expertise to enterprises, finding where revenue can be increased and where manual work can be taken off the team.

Jake takes every first call himself.

Every project runs with written specifications, acceptance criteria, and least-privilege access. You always know who is doing the work, because it is the same people you met on day one.

How we work

A dedicated software and AI team, without hiring one.

You get the scoping, the build, and the ongoing operation from the same group of people.

One contact

A named person leads your engagement

The same person runs the audit, the build plan, and the reviews once the system is live. You never have to explain your business twice.

Build and run

The builders keep running it

The developers who wrote your system maintain it. We host it, monitor it, and keep improving it after it goes live.

Human review

A person reviews every agent

Your team, or ours, reviews the outputs that matter and corrects the system when it gets something wrong. It improves from those corrections.

Access control

Your data stays permissioned

Everything lives behind login with per-person access.

Common questions.

Who builds the systems?

A powerful in-house team of developers, growth strategists, deployment strategists, and operations specialists, working under Jake. The same people who scope the work build it and keep it running, so nothing is handed to a stranger after the audit.

How senior is the team?

Senior by design. The roster carries prior experience at Microsoft, Morgan Stanley, NASA, T. Rowe Price, Perplexity, and Cognizant, and is drawn from Dartmouth, Brown, and Case Western Reserve.

Why do you list first names and a last initial?

Our team's contact details and profiles stay private. You will meet the people working on your build during the engagement, and Jake is reachable directly at any point.

Who do we talk to during a build?

A named person leads your engagement from the audit through to running the system. Developers build the system and a deployment strategist runs your account, so you always have one point of contact.

Talk to the people who would build it.

A free consultation is with Jake, and the person who would lead your engagement joins from the audit onward.
